The Alkemist Program is specially curated for women in early careers, to transform them into leaders and make them assets to their organizations. The ethos of program is to prepare these women—who have conviction, courage, and empathy—to gain equity in opportunities and leadership, be it professional, social, or personal.

Who is this
program for?
To join the Alkemist Program for leadership development, applicants must meet our admissions requirements:
- Be a woman with 0-9 years of experience
Alkemist interventions
Trust Group
Each participant is a member of an interactive Trust Group which becomes a support system for life.
Professional coaching sessions
The participants attend coaching sessions with their respective Trust Group, facilitated by an experienced Coach, who is internationally or nationally certified. These sessions are conducted once a month.
Career & personal counselling
Participants have one-on-one sessions for personal counselling to discuss both professional plans and personal matters.
Masterclasses and workshops
Power-packed workshops on topics that will enhance the participants’ personal as well as professional approach.
These workshops are conducted by industry specialists and provide hands-on techniques to deal with conflict, politics, and challenges, thus grooming their minds to become more solution-focused and tactful.
Speaker series
Through 3 sessions a year, esteemed speakers engage with participants, helping them get insights from entrepreneurs, corporates, the social sector, and government/public sector leaders.
Leadership outbound
Two offsite programs during each 3-year course offer experiential learning, leadership sessions, and team-building activities.

Ruby Thapar
TGN1 - Intermediate
Ruby Thapar, is an Independent reputation, branding, crisis, and sustainability strategist, an executive coach, and an uncertified yoga junkie. She brings 30 + years as a builder of coalitions within organizations and with external stakeholders to drive change agendas and as a facilitator of strategic ideation sessions. She is a certified coach and counsellor, EQ2.0, DISC, and ADD certified, and works as a transition and communication coach. Currently serves as an independent director on the board of an ACCESS, an NGO; is Adjunct Consultant, CSR & Sustainability at The Conference Board, executive in residence at teammangenta and an empanelled coach and assessor at Coaching Foundation India.
Ashwin Pasricha
TGN8 - Intermediate
Ashwin is an ICF-trained executive coach & OD consultant with extensive coaching experience across India, Asia, and Australia. Primarily known for his design & systems thinking ability, his endeavour to align leadership, talent, and culture with strategy to drive organisational performance. With over 30 years of industry experience in leadership roles, he has worked with Vodafone, Mastek Ltd, Epicenter Technologies Pvt Ltd, Global Tele- systems Pvt. Ltd and the Holiday Inn chain of hotels. His last corporate stint was at Vodafone as Head - Employee & Leadership Development in a Pan-India Role.
Kingshuk Ganguly
TGF4 - Foundation
Kingshuk is an entrepreneur since 2011. He has a total of 25+ years of work experience (in leadership roles with CRISIL (an S&P Global Company), AXA Life, Fidelity, GE, L&T, and Tube Investments). He specializes in Executive Coaching, Leadership Development, and Talent Assessments. He works with clients to develop strong leadership to sustain a high-performance culture.
Dr. Lakshmi Ramachandran
TGF4 - Foundation
Dr. Lakshmi Ramachandran, Ph.D. in Cell & Molecular Biology (SUNY Buffalo, USA), is an active proponent of women’s participation in science and has written and spoken on recruiting and retaining more women in science. Equipped with professional credentials in coaching (ICF, Belbin) and training (CIDTT), in addition to her 20+ years of experience in diverse science careers, she coaches and mentors’ individuals and teams in STEMM. Lakshmi is also an inspirational speaker from the KeyNote Directory who speaks on The Future of STEMM careers as well as Self- Empowerment topics such as Moving from Imposter Syndrome to Enoughness; Emotional Intelligence for managing workplace relationships and ‘Living a Productive Life. Through her keynote talks, Lakshmi aims to connect with young STEMM professionals to teach them to live boldly, learn constantly, and lead with courage.
Anupama Murali
TGF5 - Foundation
A KeyNote public speaking training program alum and directory member, Anupama is an ICF-certified coach and a trained breath-based meditation program teacher. With over a decade of experience working in several countries and in different roles, Anupama can bring practical real-world experience to her coaching, mentoring, and speaking. It’s this fusion of first-hand experience, personal anecdotes along with evidence-based tips that enables her to connect so deeply with her audiences and create such transformational outcomes. Anupama specialises in helping people overcome the ‘Imposter Phenomenon’ through her work in the area of ‘Enoughness’. She has delivered webinars and conducted workshops and group coaching in this context. As a professional speaker, Anupama enjoys speaking on topics related to self-awareness and self-empowerment.
Senela Jayasuriya

Senela is a multi-award-winning Global CEO, Keynote speaker, and Leadership expert, specializing in DEI and Innovation. She is the Founder & CEO of Women Empowered Global and the Founder of 1 Million Women in Power, as well as the Managing Director of Diverse, an innovation consulting company specialized in innovation strengths assessments and innovation coaching. Senela is also an Ambassador to the United States Presidential Service Center, focusing on initiatives to promote inclusive workplaces and promote more Women on Boards.
