Specifically designed for women in early careers, The Alkemist Program seeks to build Purpose Driven Leaders and Effective Managers. The uniquely curated program enables our ‘Alkemists’ to become active contributors of value driven growth for their organizations, while enhancing their personal self.

Through the medium of Trust Groups, Professional Coaching, contextual Masterclasses and timely Counseling, the program creates a support system that results in enhanced self belief, aspirations, managerial practice and social consciousness.

Alkemist - Helping young women navigate complexities of corporate life

Three levels in program:
Each level is of 3 years which is divided into 2 phases (1.5 years each)

Foundation level
(0 - 4 years of experience)

Focuses on essential skills to build a solid foundation for excellence in career and life

Intermediate level
(5 - 8 years of experience)

Enhances knowledge, skills and attitude as they become women of substance and develop a sense of purpose

Advance level
(9+ years of experience)

Serves as a last stepping stone for the participants before they leap to leadership and contribute to the organization’s growth

To join the Alkemist Program, applicants must meet the specified criteria:

Be a woman with 0 to 12+ years of experience
